Gentle. Intentional. Profound.

It is an honor to be part of your healing journey.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on healing modality that supports your body’s ability to self-correct and release deeply held tension — physically, emotionally, and energetically.

What Is CST?

CST works with the craniosacral system — the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround your brain and spinal cord.

Using soft, intentional touch, we assess for restrictions in the fascia (connective tissue) and guide the body back into alignment. This process supports the nervous system, boosts immune function, and creates space for the body to release what it’s been holding.

When combined with breathwork and sound therapy, CST becomes a powerful trio that can reset the body, quiet the mind, and invite lasting transformation.

Benefits of CST

  • A deeper sense of calm and regulation

  • Release of stored tension, trauma, or emotion

  • Transition from “fight-or-flight” to “rest-and-restore”

  • Somatic (body-based) integration of spiritual or emotional insight

  • Relief from chronic pain, fatigue, and stress-related symptoms

  • Gentle support for grief, anxiety, postpartum recovery, and more

Jacqueline is amazing!

I had been going through a lot of emotional stress and it was as if she hit the reset button on me. She is extremely caring and gifted. She took her time with me and found all the areas that I didn't even know needed to be addressed. It felt like a weight was lifted and I even felt taller afterwards. Ten out ten recommend!

What to Expect in a Session

  • You’ll remain fully clothed in comfortable attire

  • You’ll rest on a massage table (on your back or side)

  • Light touch may be applied to the head, spine, sacrum, feet, or any area needing attention (e.g., shoulders, knees, ankles)

  • You’re invited to simply rest — or actively connect inward, however you feel most supported

Each session is held with presence and intention, creating space for your body’s own wisdom to lead the way.

SomatoEmotional Release

Sometimes, as the body unwinds, so do the emotions held within it. This natural process is known as SomatoEmotional Release (SER) — the gentle release of energy and emotion from tissues where trauma has been stored. You may feel lighter, clearer, or more connected afterward.

CST for Infants
& Children

Sessions are 45 minutes and designed to be safe, soothing, and playful. Your child may lie on the table or sit on a caregiver’s lap. Bring a favorite toy or blanket — movement and interaction are welcome.

“CST is a gentle, minimally invasive method for enhancing the functioning of virtually every system in the body, as well as facilitating the harmonious coordination of body, mind and spirit.”

The Upledger Institute

FAQ

  • Most clients describe CST as deeply relaxing — almost like a meditative state. The touch is very light, yet intentional. You may feel warmth, gentle pulsing, or subtle shifts in your body. Some people even fall asleep during the session.

  • Not at all. Your only job is to rest and receive. You’re welcome to close your eyes, focus on your breath, or simply notice what’s happening in your body. Some clients like to share what they’re experiencing — others stay quiet. There’s no wrong way to heal here.

  • Wear comfortable clothing you can easily relax in. CST is done fully clothed, so yoga pants, sweatshirts, or soft layers are perfect. Avoid bulky or restrictive clothing if possible.

  • That depends on your individual goals. Some clients experience shifts after just one session; others benefit from ongoing support over time. During your first visit, we’ll talk about what’s going on in your body and discuss a plan that feels right for you.

  • Yes — CST is incredibly gentle and safe for infants, children, and expectant mothers. It can support everything from birth trauma and breastfeeding challenges to sensory regulation and emotional development. Pregnancy sessions can offer relief from tension, stress, or discomfort.

  • CST is often used to support those living with:

    • Chronic pain or fatigue

    • Migraines and tension headaches

    • Anxiety, stress, or grief

    • Concussion or traumatic brain injury (TBI)

    • TMJ and jaw tension

    • Women's health concerns (e.g., pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, menopause)

It’s not a replacement for medical care, but it’s a powerful complement to it — especially when the nervous system is involved.

  • That’s completely normal. Sometimes, the body releases stored emotion as it unwinds physical tension. You’re in a safe, supported space — nothing needs to be fixed or hidden. You’ll be guided with compassion through whatever arises.
